Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung is a hill that presents unique views of Lake Toba, one of which is from a tree, located in the district of Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun. It is about 1.5 hours from Parapat or 5 hours from Medan. To see it on the map, click here.
The most exciting part of this spot is that you can directly look at Lake Toba while being surrounded by a green row of hills. You will feel the cold and fresh air when visiting the area. There is a so-called tree of love. A heart-shaped pad is mounted in the middle of the tree to look sensational. Many visitors come to this location before dawn or in the afternoon because they want to chase the sunrise or the sunset.
